Its two-stage pump delivers 9.7 LPM at 70 Bar and 0.97 LPM at 700 Bar, powered from a 6-litre reservoir. A built-in heat exchanger with automatic shutdown at 80 degrees C and PLC-controlled 3-minute idle auto-shutoff protect the system during continuous industrial operation.

The APL-100 is a two-stage air operated hydraulic torquing pump powered by a 4HP rotary air vane motor at 3,000 RPM. It delivers 7.9 LPM at 70 Bar and 0.9 LPM at 700 Bar (55 cubic inches/minute at 10,000 PSI) from an 8.5-litre reservoir. Weighing 36 kg, it includes a filter-lubricator assembly, air muffler, adjustable relief valve, and 10-inch remote-controlled pendant for safe operation in hazardous or explosive atmospheres.
