Hydraulic Vertical Lifting Wedge
The HVWL-10 is a hydraulic vertical lifting wedge generating 16 tons of lifting force per tool at 10,000 PSI (700 Bar). It requires only a 3/8-inch (9.5 mm) access gap and delivers 3/4-inch (19.0 mm) of vertical lift per step, up to 50 mm on the 4th step. Automatic spring return retraction and an interlocking first step with locking mechanism ensure safe operation. Multiple units can be used together for greater lifting force.

Hydraulic Spreading Wedge
The HSWL-10 is a hydraulic spreading wedge generating 14 tons of spreading force at 10,000 PSI (700 Bar). Requiring only a 1/4-inch (6 mm) access gap, it weighs 7.2 kg (16 lbs) as a standalone tool. Available in Mini (8 kg), Standard (17 kg), and Maxi (28 kg) kit configurations. The Maxi kit includes two wedge assemblies, two hoses, and a 10,000 PSI twin valve manifold for simultaneous spreading. Automatic spring return and first-step locking ensure safe operation.
